Hi Vincent! 
We are considering adding the feature of saving multiple configurations and an easy way to switch between them. 
In the meantime the workaround is to create a second Profile in Chrome, install the extension there again and configure it to your second database. Within each Chrome profile the extension has its own config. Not ideal but it works just fine if you usually work with 2 or 3 different CRM databases.
